The workflow

1. Webhook receives lead from Typeform 2. Apollo.io enrichment node fetches company size, revenue, and tech stack 3. Scoring node assigns 0-100 based on ICP criteria 4. Score > 70: added to Salesforce as hot lead, Slack notification to AE 5. Score 40-70: added to HubSpot nurture sequence 6. Score < 40: tagged in CRM and archived

Results after 30 days
